Using sound therapy, meditation/visualization, reiki, crystals, affirmations, aromatherapy, tuning forks, yoga and relaxation techniques, we will learn how to balance our chakras and bring everything into harmony.
Imbalances in the chakra system can affect our physical and mental well-being. Each week we will learn about a different chakra and the many facets that make up each one. By understanding what each chakra does, and which mind/body system it governs, we learn to understand our own selves at a deeper level, allowing for growth in all aspects of our being.
